The Defender is now a 5 servo beast. Only vehicle to successfully climb the water cliff that sent the Axial home in a sling.
Doing a few little tweaks to it, 3d printing a part for some extra space.
I didn’t install the winch spool before the crawl this weekend because there was a clearance issue. After looking at the bottom of this truck, I didn’t want to take the front rock guard off to clear the winch spool, it is scratched to hell from rocks. So I just raised the winch 3mm. I also moved the front bumper out a bit an up a bit for more tire clearance to increase suspension travel while turning. Also issues I noticed on the rocks Saturday.
She is a beast!!!
We need to name that route and make a badge for it… Awarded to you of course. Maybe that is how we do it, the first person to run a line gets to name it…

Not sure about yours, but the rocks do chew up the predator rubber compound. That stuff is real soft.
I haven’t noticed it yet but I’m sure I will after this weekend.
